I picked eWheels (and Jason) as my retailer of choice after hearing stories from the forums and facebook groups about their customer service. Only a month after receiving my InMotion V12, I had an issue with the wheel completely reseting itself and wiping the serial number internally. Jason was quick to respond and get me in touch with a representative from the manufacturer so I could get that addressed.
Shortly after, another buddy of mine who purchased his V12 at the same time as me, had his MOSFETs burn out after hitting some stairs at low speed. Jason once again was prompt in his reply and in sending a return shipping label for the broken controller.
Buying these expensive electronic toys from China, I'm convinced you need someone on your side here in the US to handle customer service and support. eWheels should be near the top of your list in considering shops.
