My experience with Ewheels has been nothing short of Awesome!! Not just the purchase of the wheel but the service. I crashed my wheel and the staff responded to my emails quickly and helped me find the correct parts to get my wheel going again.
I mostly interacted with Jason. Even when I ordered the wrong part they got me back on track. No issues, just super helpful. Rare to see such Excellent service these days. I won't buy from anyone else.
