When I placed me order my wheel was on backorder but Jason kept me up to date as when he expected it to arrive and then shipped it out immediately. Much appreciated! When my wheel arrived I had issues with unlocking and I emailed Jason for help and he responded within 5 minutes. Awesome! He did this two more times for me until I got my wheel up and running. Great after the sale support, this is why I chose ewheels. Great all around experience and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to purchase.
