Picked up my first EUC from ewheels about 3 months back. A Gotway MSX. Love the damn thing!! The reason I got on ewheels was to have US support for products coming from China. Didn't want to have to deal with long wait times and poor communications. That choice was well supported. An issue came up with wheel clearance (which i found out is common on the MSX) Jason immediately sent me a return label to have the wheel inspected and adjusted. Definitely an added feeling of confidence and security with my purchase. Since then Ive purchased 2 more wheels from Ewheels! I can't imagine buying these things anywhere else! Great customer support and I love all the comparisons and videos available on the site to help with buying decisions.
