I’m very pleased with the service I received from ewheels. The demo units they sent out to various youtubers got me interested in the sport. I hope they continue this practice to help the community grow and allow the manufacturers to keep innovating and improving their wheels. As for some constructive criticism, the ewheels website seems dated. When I say dated I mean that it doesn’t seem to kept up to date with info. I was interested in a Z10 but couldn’t not find where to purchase it on the site. The availability grid should link to the wheels and purchasing could me a little more straightforward. I also haven’t seen any info on the rash of Z10 failures occurring recently. I did, however, find some very useful info on my first wheel the Solowheel Glide 3. Ewheels’ info and recommendations on this wheel are spot on and I’m very happy I chose this wheel. Shipping of my wheel was very fast and I received it in 3 days. Keep up the great work ewheels! I’ll definitely be purchasing my next wheel with you.
