I bought my first electric unicycle from Ewheels last week (INMOTION V-8 which I’m loving so far.). My unicycle shipped the next business day after I ordered it and it arrived three days later. After I received my new wheel I had some questions about the app to connect my phone and some other questions about tire pressure. The customer service has been great. I’ve gotten very prompt responses to every email I’ve sent. I’m super happy with my purchase and glad to know that I have great customer service who’s got my back if I need anything!
