In the short time that I've been a customer of eWheels, I have to say that I am very pleased with the company in many ways. When I had finally made my decision to purchase an electric scooter, (Dualtron 3,) I found several places that would have more than satisfied my purchase needs.
They varied in prices and options, which made for good possibilities, but I looked for more than just "what they had to offer," product wise. I was looking for after purchase support. While I found some places that offered what I desired cheaper, (but didn't include the additional, and not inexpensive, add-ons that eWheels did, FOR FREE!) what I didn't see was a good support system.
Time and time again, I was finding positive comments on eWheels, and especially, one service representative, Jason, in particular. The help that was provided seemed to be that of a company that not only wanted to sell you a product, but sell you their service as well. I was sold!
I purchased my scooter, in a simple and flawless process, and awaited it's arrival. Upon receiving and setting up my new "toy/second vehicle," I found that the installed fingerprint reader was having an issue that prevented my from activating my scooter. I left a message online, but afterwards, called to speak to someone for a solution. I left a message on the voicemail, and before I could even leave my desk, Jason was calling me back and was very happy to solve my problem.
After getting my issue resolved, I was up and running. Everything was working perfectly, and I was very happy with my purchase. (Not a bit of buyers remorse anywhere in sight!) I told people at work about my new scooter, and even suggested to them that if they were interested in obtaining one, GO TO EWHEELS!!! I was already singing their praises in less than twelve hours of receiving my scooter.
While overwhelmed and overjoyed at my new scooter, I had overlooked one part that I wasn't sure if it had been lost, not installed or not included with my scooter. That was the bracket for making the steering handle into a carrying handle for the scooter. Once again, I sent a message to support to inquire about the bracket and to see about ordering one.
I hadn't checked my email prior to messaging eWheels about the bracket, and didn't know that I had gotten a follow up email from Jason, asking if my previous problem had been taken care of. WOW!!! That wasn't expected! I told him that everything was working perfectly. I didn't mention the bracket, as I had already sent a message. No reason to rehash old news, in my opinion.
The next morning, I found in my email, a response from Jason, within my original message telling him my previous problem was solved. He stated to me that he would be later that day, sending me a bracket for my scooter. I also found an email advising me that Jason had send a package to my address, along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Everything I had heard was true! Jason is the service representative of the lifetime! He, and eWheels have proven to me that I was correct in purchasing from them, and once again have been preaching the greatness of eWheels to those that are interested in purchasing any type of scooter or E-unicycle.
