Very well packaged and along with the extra literature on tuning,it was an easy choice for me.My son and I have bought in motion v10s from Jason months ago and still cruise the ewheels website every other day.it arrived sooner than expected.it was easy to assemble and easy to adjust performance settings. Jason sent a revised guide to the settings for me which answered all my questions.My wife loves the suspension and smooth power.i don't get to ride it as she has taken it over but....hey....I have my in motion v10s still.
