Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful - he even worked with my schedule to ship the wheel so it would arrive on a date when I was not traveling. The wheel arrived and was ready to go IMMEDIATELY! Nothing like some wheels I had ordered from other locations. The fast charger is also awesome. Will be ordering from eWheels for all my future purchases!
