I received my 3rd wheel in the past 18 months from eWheels and in my opinion the service has always been great from day one. In the 18 months of riding, I was involved in two accidents. Both times, eWheels quickly shipped the replacement parts and followed through to ensure everything was okay. Depending on the volume of emails and priority, sometimes the response may take half a day. Generally, Jason is easy to reach and if there's something he is't certain, he has direct contacts with the manufacturer for the correct answer. Little touches like this is why I already pre-ordered my 4th wheel and will continue living this EUC lifestyle with eWheels as my only place to buy new wheels.
