Something big about eWheels is that they deal with you on a personal basis. All my questions, concerns, and solutions were in e-mail with the actual people doing the supplying and servicing, and turnaround was quick, with shipping prompt. It wasn't without issues... the supplier sent units with European chargers and manuals, so that's what they were stuck with sending out, and the rapid-chargers got held up in port so it had to be sent separately. But the reason eWheels rates five stars is that they were willing to go to lengths to make sure issues were addressed, comping me for an adapter for the European charger, and keeping me posted on the status of the rapid-charger. The scooter itself was perfect, with the fingerprint scanner installed and working, and Jason has been in contact since, sending along updates about the Spider v2, things their team has observed about it like how best to use the stem locking collar, or different braking systems they're considering trying out. S*** happens, and eWheels will not leave you high and dry on occasions that it does.
