Ordered my very first EUC from eWheels and the process was simple. I did a lot of research online before I made my purchase, so I didn't have to bother Jason with any nagging questions, but from everything I've read, he would have responded. He did send me a message the day the wheel was shipped with a lot of useful information about how to get started and what to expect. Once I need to upgrade I will definitely be coming back to ewheels.
