EWheels has been great w customer service. They have helped me every step of the way. I originally ordered a Speedway V scooter and then changed my order to a Dualtron Spider before it shipped. I discovered the spider to still be too heavy and they were willing to process a return until I figure out exactly what I need. I will certainly be speaking to Jason from ewheels again and referring friends to them as well.
