Excellent customer support and service. Jason was quick to respond & dedicated to making sure I had a smooth transaction & was very informative and helpful in providing resources to learn how to ride. I have not yet gotten the hang of it so cannot comment on the quality of the wheel apart from that it was in perfect condition on arrival and was exactly as described.
