I've bought 3 wheels from ewheels so far, and have been very satisfied. Jason is very responsive to problems and also helpful in setting up the wheel. The King Song 14D I bought had a problem with its handle, and Jason sent a new handle out very quickly to resolve the issue. When I buy another wheel, I will look to ewheels first.
