This an amazing company that sells incredible scooters. The customer service is prompt as well as intelligent. After ordering a scooter I decided to get a faster one and they had no problem with having the item shipped back while it was in transit and sending out the other scooter. Delivery time was excellent. I would only order these types of expensive scooters from ewheels. The scooter I ordered had a small scratch on it from the shipping, but it was just a scratch.
