I’ve only ridden the scooter a handful of times so far, but I do enjoy the ride. It’s fast, responsive and a smooth ride. Heavy duty construction.. you can feel the quality. I love the lights. It makes you very visible to pedestrians and motorists alike. With that being said, the lights aren’t terribly adequate for your own view of the road. I’d suggest a more powerful headlight. Possibly a light and horn combo as the bell that it comes with would be hardly audible on a noisy street. Aside from the lights and bell that it comes with I’d like to see a thumb throttle on it. It has two sets of brakes and the brake handles are on the front side of the handlebars. The throttle handle is on the front side of the handlebars as well which makes breaking in an emergency situation a little complicated.
One reason I purchased the ewheels over other competitors is that they’re located in the US and their customer service response is on point. I’ve dealt with other companies with high end scooters, like joyor and their service is the worst I’ve seen in any facet of retail. Multiple emails and no response. Unacceptable for a price tag north of $700. The direct competitor for the turbo wheels dart, PEV Zero 9 customer service left much to be desired as well.
