I bought this wheel after using an electric scooter (Segway es4) for work. I wanted something a little easier to manipulate going through several heavy doors and elevators. I work at a apartment community with 1200 homes. This ks16s takes me everywhere I need to go. I have over 6 miles of hallway and acres upon acres of parking garages to inspect and do preventative maintenance on. This completes the package since I can wear a backpack and reliably get anywhere I need to go, even up 5 levels of a parking garage. At first I thought I had a defective unit, but I just had an imbalance in my hips, my right leg was almost an inch longer than the left. After a chiropractor visit, turning left felt just as easy as turning right. pro tips for beginners: get properly adjusted by a chiro - these wheels rely on small factors, my hips being out of alignment caused almost an inch difference and made this thing incredibly difficult to ride. Once I was adjusted it felt like I could correctly use it.
