I bought a V10F from ewheels a few months back. Before I purchased I called and asked a question. The guy was very nice and helpful. Since then I have put 800 miles on my wheel. I have ran into two issues with my wheel. First a pedal broke (which is a common issue that inmotion has solved), ewheels had two new pedals to my house with 2 days. Second was an issue with a loose bolt. Once again the guy at ewheels was quick to give advise on what the issue could be and helped me fix it. So far I am very happy with ewheels and will purchase my next wheel from them.
