I received fast and accommodating service from eWheels. Jason provided helpful info on several occasions. I purchased the King Song 16X and as this is my first EUC, I haven't got the experience to review it yet.
The 16X seems to be gaining popularity, so you may have to wait for a back order, which is not the fault of eWheels.
