I always wait a little to see how the product is and the how the company supports the product and (in-turn) their customer. I have to say, I can't find a single issue with E Wheels. Purchasing is great with all of the options for payment and the items are clearly described in every technical aspect. If you have a question, they have a clear answer. Have a problem with your purchase? No questions, just solutions. The technical team gets the problem resolved and gets you back on the commute. I can only ride one at a time, but someday I'll look to make another purchase and I know where I'm going. E Wheels has a long-term customer.
