My experience with Ewheels was nothing short of exemplary. I was in need of several replacement parts for my King Sing 18L, and Jason came through. There were several times I had to reach out to him about a particular part and he was super responsive, patient and made me feel like everytime we talked/communicated, it was like talking to a good friend and not someone who was dealing with a new customer.
