Best Customer Service EVER! My husband and I ordered a KS16X and placed a deposit on the Gotway MSX Pro. We had several questions regarding our purchases and needed some technical assistance. Both Jason and Zen were super responsive, quickly responding to all of our correspondence and even sending us links to videos we might find helpful. In this day and age of customer-no-service, the eWheels team is a breath of fresh air! Now we are busy having a great time learning to ride our EUC and hoping to share our great eWheels experience with friends — and start an ewheels gang in our town!
