ewheels has been great - really quick responses to questions, and get the feeling they really care about this product and their customers. if one does the research, the prices here are the best, considering all you get from a solid merchant. the only reason I'd buy from anywhere else at this point is if ewheels didn't carry what I was looking for, but even then? I'd still hesitate to buy a wheel elsewhere. Great experience, really good communication, and a brand new piece of exciting technology delivered in 4 days? very nice
