Jason is very responsive with emails so there isn't much worry about problems. Prior to buying, I emailed eWheels with questions about the different wheels, specific the ks16x and ksq8xl. He was quick to respond to the questions without being biased or pressing for a quick sale. Post purchase, Jason also helped address some concerns about the king song app.
