The customer service is beyond amazing, the Nik+ 100v I bought is great. Took a lot of practice and I find myself pushing harder and harder on it. While I have nothing to compare to other than a Onewheel this thing is unreal and super fun, way better than a Onewheel. Still learning daily how to take this thing to the next level.
