Where do I begin? I purchased a Turbowheel Swift on Friday 3pm, I emailed eWheels with an inquiry. Jason from eWheels responds and answers my question. Then I decided to purchase it. Jason responds back with a tracking number and letting me know that my package will arrive, “tomorrow.” I thought that was a typo. Turns out package arrived Saturday, 10 am!!! I had to email Jason for, quite possibly, the fastest turn around from purchase to shipment! That is a true definition of customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend ewheels. I will definitely buy from these guys again! Thanks Jason! The scooter is one of the funnest little ride ever.
