My order had 3 items in it, and when I received the envelope that was supposed to have all items there was only one inside. I emailed eWheels, and they replied within the hour and shipped out the missing items the same day, no questions asked. I’m sure some people might consider this a negative experience for not receiving all items in the first go, but seeing as how I forget to include attachments in my emails ALL THE TIME (!!!), I’m willing to cut them plenty of slack and be happy with the amazing response and response time as soon as I reported the problem.
