This is my first EUC ever. I did a lot of research and eWheels along with Jason's name came up over and over again with the highest recommendations. I purchased a KS16S and I can confirm that all I read is true. Jason responded within less than 24 hours after I emailed him with follow up questions before finalizing my purchase. The purchase was easy, fast, and the EUC arrived well packaged. I am very happy with the customer experience, the speed with which Jason responds, and the comfort of getting the support/warranty from a US based company. In addition, there is a wealth of good information on eWheels website which helped me tremendously with my first EUC. Having good info upfront makes a buying decision for a substantial purchase that much easier, especially for newbie. A big thanks to Jason and eWheels.
