This company was very responsive,
and answered all my questions.
I paid around $1700 for I product I knew nothing about, feared maintenance and repairs and was a bit concerned about what I was getting for my money.
They told me they would ship my unit at the end of May, which they did so. When it arrived I had a few more questions which Jason was all over. It is rare that you find an e commerce company which holds customer service as a principal value.
These guys took care of me, and their products kick ass!
