The wheel arrived in five day from then shipping date. The email inquiries I made about extras were promptly responded to. They sent me instructions on how to unlock it in a email easy to follow. The wheel was easy to figure out. And it took me five days of two hour sessions of practice to be able to stay on it consistently. I would recommend Ewheels to anyone looking to purchase a EUC.
