Really solid overall. I had a question that was answered directly. Shipping was fast and secure. I'm riding my wheel about 10 days after ordering including shipping and practice. The mudflap on my new ks16x ripped off after a couple soft falls in the grass which kind of sucked, but that's not on ewheels.
