Purchased a Kingsong 16s from eWheels. Not a young man (54), nor in good shape, but saw this as an opportunity to get some exercise, get out of the house and have a little fun. ewheels website was very useful in selecting the right wheel. The day after I received my wheel I had a small issue, emailed support and got an answer within a few minutes on a Saturday at 7:00am CST. Way better support than you get anywhere else. I now have a few battle scars as does my wheel as this is my first, but thanks to videos and support really was able to ride in about an hour and now have about 15 miles over the last two days. Thanks eWheels. I've passed your info on to several people, including most of my adult children who also learned to ride in a short time. Probably have a few more customers soon!
