I placed my order for two Solowheel glide 3's for my teenage daughter and I to ride. Both came well packaged. Unfortunately one of the solowheels had a flat and would not hold air upon arrival. Sent a message to eWheels and they sent me a new tube and sealant asap at no charge. This kind gesture has made me a customer for life as the customer service was top notch and they treated me with dignity and respect!
