I purchased a GotWay Tesla V-2 from E-Wheels five weeks ago. My only complaint was that the free shipping used FedEx. In fact, they use FedEx exclusively. Normally, not a problem, but during Covid, my wheel got stuck in Oak Park MI for a week!
To E-Wheels credit, they shipped the next day. And when I had a bad tire that shook no matter how many times I tried to re-seat the bead, they sent me a new tire that fixed the problem!
Great service, they answered my Emails within hours and even on Sunday!
