Fed X lost the package so I can't give you a review. However Jason the phone representative is outstanding he knows what he's talking about. I should have listened to his advice and purchased the KINGSONG 16X instead of the GOTWAY M103 I am 230 pounds and even if Fed X eventually finds the package and ships it to me I will still be putting myself at risk attempting to ride an EUC above the weight limit.
