It is refreshing to find a company that is committed to customer service. My experience in buying not one but two wheels from ewheels was so good that I will not take a chance on anyone else. If I buy, scratch that, when I buy my next wheel, it will be from ewheels. In this new age of buying everything online, other companies should model themselves after ewheels.
