The delivery was very fast by Fedex, in excellent bullet-proof packaging.
The customer service turned out to be amazing: on the second day I accidentally locked out the wheel thru the app, and did not realized that. So I sent a message via the eWheels web page, asking for help and within 5 min a tech support guy called me and helped to resolve the problem. I think, his name was Steve, but not sure.
