Down to the littlest questions or issues, eWheels customer service is the best in the industry. I emailed twice with questions about my scooter (shipping speed and a how-to question), and they were back in my inbox within 20 minutes each time.
They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain great - I won’t buy a comparable scooter from anyone else after this.
