From day one I have had best customer service I think I have had from anywhere. Before I even bought anything from them they responded to emails I sent late at night within 15 minutes answering all my questions. After I bought a wheel they promptly answered any questions I had as a new rider and when I ordered some pads they kindly returned my shipping costs to me. I have now ordered another whee with them as I am super happy with their continued support and great customer service. Which as you all know is become rare these days. Thanks ewheel staff.
