Update : so my scooter arrived and honestly I was surprised it wasn't the company fault but a mix up at FedEx but everything was fixed. This scooter is so much fun and literally about to purchase another one
My scooter never arrived because if problems with FedEx but the company has been helping me with this whole situation. They respond quickly and are trying everything thing can. I really appetite evetythobg their doing and I hope I get my scooter soon
