The staff at ewheels were very helpful, I am a first time euc rider and had concerns on the wheel I was looking to purchase (nikola plus), after speaking with Drew he assured me that I was purchasing a quality wheel and answered all of my questions. I received my 100V Nikola promptly, but I could not figure out how to make it work, so I sent an email and they responded very quickly with the info on how to unlock the wheel. I am a unicycle Ryder for 40 years, this is a little different as it balances itself front to back, but I was riding the wheel in 30 minutes and haven’t looked back! So far I am very happy with the Nikola and the customer services seems to be top notch.
