When first considering my purchase of an EUC I was unsure who to do business with. I came across Ewheels website and read some of the reviews. Many of them pertained to them having excellent customer service. Since this is my first wheel I thought that this would be very important to me. They do not disappoint!! My package arrived and I was so excited to try to ride but unable to get my wheel going. I shot a email to them and within 10 minutes a gentleman from Ewheels called me directly and got me going. I am happy to give a 5 star review and I would recommend them to anyone on the market for a EUC. Quality products, competitive pricing and excellent customer service, what more could I ask for.
