Very happy the quick shipping and communication from ewheels. I was waiting on a V11 which has some delays in production. I decided to switch over to something else so I could get some riding in before winter. They gave me some options that were in stock or soon to be in stock and I decided to go with the KS16X (maybe I can try the V11 next year). Ewheels shipped out my KS16X the same day and I was riding just a few days later! Thank you!!
