I am very satisfied with my experience with eWheels. Drew B. was very helpful in answering my questions (pre-during-post) sales. He confirmed that my requested item was in stock and could ship immediately - which was then quickly processed and shipped out when I completed the online ordering process. Afterwards, he promptly answered my email where I had requested info on how I could unlock the speed limitation of the Kingsong wheel that I had purchased. I'm happy with my wheel and would buy from them again. I would also highly recommend eWheels to anyone considering purchasing a wheel.
