I have purchased two wheels from ewheels and love the customer service. I purchased from them initially based on prior customer reviews. The only issue I had was when I was sent the wrong cover for my latest wheel. They sent me the correct cover overnight shipping with a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect one. Now that’s service! When buying such an expensive item, having the peace of mind knowing that ewheels is going to take care of any issues is a no brainer.
