I have been in contact with William from the very beginning of my TWL+ purchasing process. It was just under 6 weeks on back-order (faster than the 8 weeks - I just missed the last bunch) until it was delivered to my doorstep. Every question/concern was answered quickly (even outside of working hours - guessing late work nights) and what little concerns I did have, speedy info/resolve to the situation.
