Its my first wheel so fighting the learning curve but as far as eWheels is concerned everything was good regarding the purchase, shipping time & communication. The initial email which I received well before getting the wheel helped me prepare and explains everything like getting it out of shipping mode, connecting apps, safety etc. FedEx took an extra day but no fault of eWheels, basically ordered on a Friday and got it 2 Tuesdays later (11 days) from CA to MA, not bad at all.
