I have been buying mats from exact mats for over 20 years it is a great product the clear mats always enhanced the look of my mats, this time I decided to try their new Black Heavy-duty mats that are cut to the exact fit of your OEM mats and then installed with locking grommets when they arrived there was a small glitch with the mats. I called customer service and explained the problem to them, they said they would take care of it. Guess what the next day a completely new set was sent overnight and I could not believe the attention and detail to the problem, they arrived overnight and I installed them in my AMG MERCEDES, they fit great and look great. When a company says "MADE IN USA" and their customer service Dept takes care of the problem so fast this is exceptional, and I HIGHLY recommend EXACT MATS to anyone looking for a Mat that is an exact cut of their OEM mats, Bravo to EXACT MATS. and their customer service.
