“Ordering was a breeze. My exactmat shipped on time perfect before the holidays. Happy with the quality had no problems with the corners curling in it doesn’t slide around which I love. It’s heavy duty definitely something I was looking for that will protect my dining table for years to come.”

“Not really happy about the quality. The edges are curling up. I thought it was temporary so I gave it a few days. Still the same. I thought that for the money I paid that this wouldn’t happen. I could have gone to Home Depot and gotten some plexiglass and the results would probably have been better.”

“After researching table liners, I still had some questions and emailed ExactMats support. I was lucky enough to correspond with Katie who is a SUPERSTAR. She was patient with me and gave me all the info I needed to make my choiice. The website is well laid out, attractive and user friendly. Odering is quick and easy. The shipment was quick considering mine was a custom size. The liner arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Perfectly. The Riverstone frost is nice and thick while still looking pretty on my table. The quality is just fantastic. There was no odor and there was no curl the following morning. If I had more tables, I would absolutely order more of these excellent products from this great company.”

“We have had the placemats for 8 days. A couple issues: 1) they have yet to lay completely flat. A portion of each platemat continues to slightly curl up. They're exposed to the afternoon sun every afternoon but that hasn't helped. 2) There is a small offset where the circular cut was apparently started & stopped. It's small but noticeable on all four (4) placemats.”

“I rated the ExactMats I ordered as a 4 because I expected the product would be more rigid than it turned out to acually be. I was expecting a product that would retain its shape like a solid wood top desk. The product is soft which means if you place a heavy object on it and leave it for a protracted period, the mat will become depressed and reflect the shape of the heavy object. I still will use the product to cover my desk top as it is an improvement because it will protect the top of my desk.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the product did not 100% meet your expectations. That's not what we want at all! After all, our customers' satisfaction is our #1 priority! To clarify, while our product is made to look similar to glass, it does not share all of the same physical or chemical attributes as glass. Vinyl is not typically rigid like glass, for instance. That said, our product is rolled up for shipping and can be rolled for storage, and does have a bit of give (this is due to the impact resistance in the material), but it should not cause any permanent impressions unless a very heavy object has been sitting on the product for a prolonged period of time. That said, it looks like our team contacted you to see if there was anything else we could do. They've let us know that you've opted to keep this existing mat for protection purposes. We're glad to hear our mat is helping to protect your surface, but please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist. Thanks!

“The quality of the mat was very good, but I asked for 22.25 inches width, and they cut it to 22.0 inches. Still usable, but that's concerning for a company that calls itself EXACTmats.”

“Front mats fit perfect. Back seat mats were 2 different sizes. Neither one looks like it is right. Katie contacted me from support and for shipping only sent me a new back mat that fits perfect. Very good customer service.._Thank you so much....I am very happy...😎👍”

“This was my first order with ExactMats, and I’m impressed with the quality of their desk mats. They flatten out quickly and look great. I ordered two clear desk mats in different sizes. The first mat fits perfectly, but the second one is slightly longer and wider than the measurements I provided. Customer service was fantastic in resolving the issue with the longer mat. I’m thrilled with the mats and highly recommend ExactMats!”

In regards to using the product with a mouse: although the product is not designed to be used as a mousepad, but rather a surface protector, customers have had much success using our products as a mousepad when there is a pattern or woodgrain under the mat - an optical mouse should be able to pick up the movement. If you have a surface like this, and you are experiencing issues, please reach out to our Support Team (Support@ExactMats.com) for further assistance. That said, if the material is on top of a solid, monochrome surface, due to the nature of a clear product and how a laser mouse works, the mouse may not be able to read that it's moving. If this is the case, we would suggest adding a mouse pad to the top of the desk cover. We hope this is helpful! “Our table cover was manufactured and shipped so quickly that it was amazing. The material was as advertised - perfectly clear and colorless. It was necessary to return our cover for an exchange because one of the dimensions was just slightly too long (some sort of expansion during shipment, apparently). Also, we will need to try the hair dryer trick when our new cover arrives, because the edges wouldn’t lay perfectly flat (probably due to cold weather making it stiff). Customer service was excellent in handling our return.”

Once you receive the mat, you'll just want to unroll the mat and lay it flat on your surface. The mat should return to its flat state within a few hours to a day or so. “I made an order with ExactMat. I had a question about the difference between cut corners and square. They responded to my email in timely manner. Explain me the difference with photos. So I could understand the difference. I called also, very nice and professional they were. One I decided what I wanted. They continue with my order and I received very quickly. “Don't get me wrong the mats are nice but compared to the ones I had in my 2013 they are a little thinner and don't have the outside ridge that kept water inside the mat.”
