“The mat is great! The length is a hair short, but I had issues with my tape measure. Some type of tape to hold the corners would be nice.”

“Very good product it seems to be overpriced”

“We got new furniture for our sunroom, a coffee table and two end tables were included. We ordered the mats to cover our 3 tables. We are happy with the liners. They seem to stay in place fairly well. We place foreign money as a decoration on the tables and the clear liners work well with keeping the money in place and serve as a reminder of the countries we have visited or where family or friends have gone and given us foreign bills after their travels. We were a little skeptical at first because the mats came folded up. We were not sure they would lie flat. But after about two days they did adhere to the tables without any buckling. We put little corner holders on each corner to make sure that the liners do not move around.”

“Not enough time has gone by to review the full performance of Exacto Mat. I like the thickness. It does allow the beauty of the hardwood table to shine through without damaging the surface through scratches and liquid. I say it's not quite exact because the website does.mot accept actual exact measurements. So I had the check and option closest to the table size. Also, with the chosen option, I was unable to get rounded corners. However, you can cut your own with an exacto knife after making a template.”

That said, it sounds like there may have been some confusion in using our form, which does take exact measurements. It accepts inches, and fractions of an inch can be entered as well - in decimal format or with the fractions drop-down. “I had some issues with the shipping of my order, which related to USPS messing up and not ExactMats. When I contacted Exactmats Support, Katie S. responded immediately, apologized for the delay; resent my mat with another carrier and let me know when it was arriving. Excellent customer service, and the mat was exactly what I was expecting when it arrived. It ws made out of high quality material. I definitely recommend Exactmats.”

“Received the mat to protect my new kitchen island. The fit was perfect and it is thick enough to withstand any heavy use. We appreciate the product. Our only suggestion would be maybe to provide an option that helps prevent the mat from slipping and sliding during use. We did find a solid solution that resolved the issue. Thank you highly recommended product”

“Mat arrived in 5 days. Rolled, in a box. Material is great. Size perfect. Only issue: when placed on desk with riverstone surface down, the ends are slightly lifted (not tight to the desk surface). Following advise from ExactMats, the mat ends were heated with a hair dryer and the problem was resolved.”

“I ordered a custom octagonal mat, but got no update on progress for a week. Immediate notification of a normal custom production delay and updates would have been better. The shipping box was severely smashed when I received it, but that was due to the delivery service. I would have appreciated at least an apology note from them or better yet an automatic return to you for replacement. Thankfully, the mat wasn't permanently damaged. Your representative explained to me how to flatten it. When I had a chance to measure the mat, it was 1/4" short on two of the four measurements, but still usable for my purpose.”

“Nice mats, fit perfectly and fast delivery. I have wood night tables and wanted a clear mat to protect the surfaces from water stains/scratches. These are perfect. They are shipped rolled so it took a bit of heavy books weighing them down to take out the rolls. The mats are not quite flat yet but will flatten out in time.”

“These were unfortunately not precisely cut. I had to adjust them and cut them down myself. This was NOT an issue with my measuring. Some were all the same depths just different lengths/widths and maybe 1 was correct and 1 was slightly off which I gave it a pass and the others were off by a bit so I had to fix them myself which defeats the whole point of ordering these if I have to measure and cut myself. My table one was quite off. I know my measurements were correct because the radius corner is perfect on one side but then the other side was way off...”

“ExactMats is an amazing company that makes a beautiful & functional product AND has STELLAR customer service. They instantly sent the customized order to protect our floors that were to be used under a pilates reformer & a power plate before the equipment was installed & assembled- on time! When FedEX delivered the mats I ordered to the wrong address & Ellie in customer service was ready to resend the mats immediately - no questions asked to assure us that our floors were protected before the equipment was placed, I was so impressed with the professionalism- which is sadly so rare in our lives - especially regarding custom products.”
